Leaving the armed forces and finding a new career is a big challenge. It's not one you want to face on your own.
 
With us, you don't have to. On our Resettlement programme, you receive a vocational course, plus:

  • career mentoring from a top advisor - until you find a job
  • some guaranteed paid work at the end of the course
  • 1-2-1 help finding work, applying for jobs and preparing for interviews
  • life coaching sessions with a qualified life coach to help re-focus and build confidence
  • our e-book, How to make a positive impression in the work place


The programme will develop your existing skills - and open up a whole range of career options.

Duration and hours

The programe lasts as long as you need it. We'll worth with you until you get a suitable job. And distance learning means you can work at your own pace and fit your studies around your lifestyle.

Mentor support

You can chat to your mentor using Skype when you need help, or you can e-mail them. You will usually hear back straight away.
