There's hope. Retraining after redundancy for another career is a great option. Our accredited Re-training programme will show you how - and we'll help you find work.
 
We are experienced in helping people who have been made redundant. Our courses are already used by firms as part of redundancy package the government and other public authorities.

Students receive a vocational course, plus:

  • career mentoring from a top advisor - until you find a job
  • some guaranteed paid work at the end of the course
  • 1-2-1 help finding work, applying for jobs and preparing for interviews
  • life coaching sessions with a qualified life coach to help re-focus and build confidence
  • our e-book, How to make a positive impression in the work place


The programme will develop your existing skills - and open up a whole range of career options.

Duration and hours

The programe lasts as long as you need it. We'll worth with you until you get a suitable job. And distance learning means you can work at your own pace and fit your studies around your lifestyle.

Mentor support

You can chat to your mentor using Skype when you need help, or you can e-mail them. You will usually hear back straight away.
