Refund policy
We will happily refund your course fee in full, within seven days of receipt, if you are not happy with your course or product. You are protected in this respect by the Distance Selling Regulations.
Refunds requested after seven days of the receipt of your payment will be considered on their merits under our Student Learning Agreement, which you accept when you enrol.
A refund, or partial refund, will be considered, at our discretion, if you face unexpected hardship: eg injury, bereavement, illness or redundancy.
In these circumstances, we will ask to see evidence - a letter from a doctor, employer, solicitor, or other relevant authority or organisation.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
