Emma gets stint with the BBC

CTJT Broadcast journalism course student Emma Sleight has been working for BBC television's South Today news programme.

She managed to get a work placement there to support her studies with CTJT. She has previously done placements at the London listing magazine Time Out.

She tell us: 'I have been working as a broadcast assistant helping on live shoots, helping write bulletins, editing and having a go at sitting in the news chair for dummy shoots.'
