Top journalist Jo joins the team

Ex-Mail on Sunday feature writer Jo Wiltshire has joined CTJT's team of tutors.

Jo worked for the MoS as celebrity interviewer, writer and commissioning editor.

She profiled figures from entertainment, culture and politicals, including Sir Ian McKellen, Heath Ledger, Joan Rivers, Ann Widdecombe and Ivana Trump.

She also onducted on-set interviews for the Bond, Star Wars and Lord of the Rings films, and specialised in in-depth interview pieces for the paper’s cultural supplement.

More recently, Jo has become known as a parenting author and expert. She has three books published – Sneaky Parenting: Smart Shortcuts to Happy Families; The Baby Sleep Bible; and The Potty Training Bible (all with Crimson Publishing). She is also a regular parenting expert for BBC Radio, and writes for parenting and family websites.

Jo is also an experienced lecturer, tutor and learner-mentor in the field of journalism and magazine writing.

CTJT director Cleland Thom said: 'Jo will be a huge help to our students and will be able to give them high-quality advice and support.'

She will be having an input into the CTJT Food, Fashion and Celebrity journalism courses.
