Elita's proof that her course worked!

CTJT copy editing student Elita Frid had every reason to celebrate when a new book was published this week - she proofread it!

The book, Voices of Cave Hill, was launched on Thursday

Elita tells us: 'It was my first big proofreading project, so I'm quite pleased. I am hoping this will open more doors.'

Elita completed her CTJT copy editing course last month.

CTJT director Cleland Thom, who was also her tutor, said: 'Elita began prooreading the book during the course. It's a real achievement, and very satisfying for her to see the finished product.'
