Online food journalism course Renatka Behan had an interview with a leading New Zealand food writer published in an internet magazine.
Renatka interviewed Annabel Langbein about her new book The Free Range Cook published on The Food Budgie
Renatka conducted the interview as part of her coursework, then re-formatted it for publicaation.
Her food journalism course tutor, Jo Wiltshire, said: 'I'm really pleased. This is what the course is about - writing articles, matching them to markets and selling them.
